A Petition to Revoke Probation has been filed and defendant has admitted the allegations that she violated Standard Condition #3 and Special Condition #3 of her conditions of probation. The Court finds the defendant has violated the terms and conditions of probation and has considered the US Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range. The Court finds defendant's behavior warrants a sanction within of the provisions of the Chapter 7 policy statements. Accordingly, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's probation is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of Nine (9) months and One (1) day official detention adjustment. The Court recommends that the defendant be placed in a facility in the state of Arizona. The defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons or the United States Marshal by 12:00 p.m. on 10/30/2006. A term of Three (3) years of Supervised Release will follow. While on supervised release, the defendant shall comply

with the previously imposed conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 05-36, as well as the following special conditions: SUPERVISED RELEASE Within 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to the Probation Office in the district to which you are released. You shall comply with the standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 05-36 , with the following special conditions: 1. The defendant shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. The defendant shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 2. The defendant shall submit to search of person, property, vehicles, business, and residence to be conducted in a reasonable manner and at a reasonable time, by or at the direction of the probation officer. 3. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. 4. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer. 5. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 6. You are to pay the balance of restitution in the amount of $14,011.00. Payments are to be made at the rate of $100 per month. The amount may be adjusted accordingly to the defendant's financial circumstances as determined by the probation office. Payments shall be made to the Clerk of the U.S. District Court, Attention: Finance, Suite 130, 401 West Washington Street, SPC 1, Phoenix, Arizona 85003-2118.
