OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER CONSOLIDATING ACTIONS FOR TRIAL
Upon the PlaintUf’s Motion for Reconsideration or Moddication of Order
Consolidating Actions for Trial (the "Motion") filed on September 7, 2005, and the Court having
reviewed the Motion and finds that: the Motion complies with the requirements of this Court;

and the relief sought in the Motion is appropriate in the instant circumstances and consistent with
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure} Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that:
1. The Plaintiff ’s Motion is granted and the Order, dated September 1, 2005,
is vacated and rescinded in its entirety.
2. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or
related to the implementation of this Order.
