Plaintiff, v. Jeffrey H. Feingold, Defendant. The United States of America ("the government"), by and through its undersigned attorney, respectfully moves this Court to continue sentencing in this matter for a period of fortyfive (45) days. The sentencing date is currently scheduled for May 31, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Counsel for the government is scheduled for a suppression hearing with witnesses on that date, at that time, before the Honorable Earl H. Carroll. Government has contacted Defense Attorney, Mark Berardoni and he has no objection.
