On March Sth, 2004 I (Gonazalez-Barrera or Petitioner), was senten-
ced by this Court, after had been found guilty a jury verdict, in the
folliwing offense (S) violating title 8 USC § 1324 (a) (1)(A)(iii)
(a) (1) (A) (V) (ii) ,and (a) (1) (B) (1)-
On Februry 8, 2005 I was Sentenced by this Court to a term of 108
Months. After it my Lawyer (Attorney Defendant), EUGENE MARQUEZ,
(appointed) did the direct Appeal in my favor.
But I (Gonzalez_Barrera) still waiting for information concerning about
it. _
I need your Court provide me some information, concerning my case
