UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America CR-02-00477-PHX-MHM Plaintiff, v. Amanda Bossingham, Defendant. The United States moves this Court to set a date upon which defendant Amanda Patricia Bossingham surrender herself to begin serving her sentence. This Court imposed sentence nearly four years ago. Execution of the sentence was stayed pending appeal, which is now concluded. Accordingly, this Court should order defendant to surrender to serve her sentence. Briefly, the docket in this case reveals that this Court imposed sentence on June 15, 2004, and ordered defendant to surrender by August 16, 2004, to begin serving the sentence. (Dkt. 68.) Defendant appealed the sentence, and sought release pending appeal. (Dkt. 77.) By order of August 12, 2004, this Court stayed defendant's self-surrender date and permitted defendant to remain on release pending appeal. (Dkt. 79.) The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed defendant's appeal. The mandate of the Ninth Circuit was entered in the District Court record on April 11, 2007. (Dkt. 83.) Nothing has occurred since to set a date for defendant's surrender. Accordingly, the United States moves this Court to set a date for defendant to selfMotion to Set Surrender Date
