STIPULATED ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval and order of the
Court, that the deadline by which defendant General Electric Co. ("General Electric") must
answer, move, or otherwise respond to the complaint in the above action is extended through and
including September I2, 2008.
The reason for this request is that plaintiff and General Electric have reached an
agreement in principle to settle their disputes, and have been working to finalize a written

agreement. The process has taken somewhat longer than expected, but they anticipate being in a
position to file a stipulation of dismissal by September 12, 2008.
