PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiffs Accenture Global Services GmbH and Accenture LLP
E (collectively “Accenture”), by their counsel, will take the deposition of Marcus Ryu by oral
examination. The deposition will begin at 9:00 am. on July 18, 2008, at the offices of Morrison
& Foerster, LLP, 755 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, California 94304, or such other location as the
parties may mutually agree, and will continue from day to day tmtil completed. The deposition
will be taken before a certified shorthand reporter duly authorized to administer oaths and will be
recorded through both stenographic means, including the use of real time transcription, and
I videotape. You are invited to attend and cross—examine the witness.
