ROCHE’S NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF RICHARD ADMANI
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Plaintiffs Roche Diagnostics Operations Inc. and Corange International Ltd. (referred
to collectively as "Roche") shall take the deposition upon oral examination of Richard Admani '
beginning at 9:30 am. on March 14, 2008 at the Hilton Charlotte Center City, 222 E. 3rd Street,
Charlotte, NC 28202 or at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by counsel.
The witness should collect any documents that he has in his possession related to any and
all contacts between DDI and Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania, or between DDI and any
entity located, or offering to sell, or advertising, in Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania; such
documents should be made available for inspection, or copies of such documents should be
produced, at 8:30 am on March 13, 2008. The deposition will be recorded by stenographic
means, may be videotaped, and will take place before a Notary Public or other ofticer duly
authorized to administer oaths and will continue from day to day until concluded.
