MOTION TO WAIVE/REDUCE CHILD IMPACT SEMINAR FEE, OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, REQUIRE FEE TO BE PAID BY SPOUSE/OTHER PARENT
Pursuant to RSA 458-D:8
In the matter of , hereby request that the court waive/reduce the fee that the I, child impact seminar provider set for me, or require my fee to be paid by spouse/other parent. In support of this motion it is stated that: 1. I am required to attend a child impact seminar pursuant to RSA 458-D. (Please attach a copy of the document received from the provider concerning your request for waiver/reduction of the seminar fee. If this information is not provided, the court will not act on this motion.) 2. After reviewing my case, the seminar provider determined that the fee I must pay before attending the seminar is $ 3.
