This bond is intended to comply with the requirements of West Virginia Code: § 44A-1-9 of the State of West Virginia and in accordance with the provisions and requirements of that statute, it is expressly provided that: 1. Unless otherwise provided in this Bond, sureties are jointly and severally liable with the principal and with each other.
