In accord with this court's Order and Opinion of April 27, 2007, a status conference shall be held on August 6, 2007, to address the parties' proposals for further proceedings in this case. The status conference shall commence at 10:00 a.m. at the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W., Washington D.C. The courtroom in which the hearing will be held shall be posted in the lobby of the building.

Counsel for parties to this action may attend the status conference or may participate telephonically. Those wishing to participate telephonically should notify chambers in advance of
the proceeding by calling (202) 357-6588 no later than August 2, 2007. Counsel who do not so notify chambers will not be able to participate telephonically.
