ORDER Pending before the court is the government's motion, filed January 22, 2007, for extension of time to and including February 2, 2007, to file its responses to the Motion to Amend Second Amended Complaint filed by Plaintiff-Intervenors Julia DuMarce, et al., (Doc. 397) and Motion to Intervene filed by Victoria Robertson Vadnais, et al. (Doc. 400). The government avers this additional time is necessary because of the government's delayed actual receipt of these two motions. For good cause shown, the government's motion is GRANTED. The government shall file its responses to the Motion to Amend Second Amended Complaint filed by PlaintiffIntervenors Julia DuMarce, et al., (Doc. 397) and Motion to Intervene filed by Victoria Robertson Vadnais, et al., (Doc. 400) on or before February 2, 2007. It is so ORDERED.
