Notice is hereby given that Defendants Kerr-McGee Corporation ("Kerr-McGee") and Oryx Energy Company ("Oryx") (collectively, "Defendants") appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from: (1) the Court's Judgment entered on September 28, 2007 (Docket 259), (2) the Court's Order on Post-Trial Motions entered on January 18, 2008 (Docket 304), and (3) the Court's Order and Amended Judgment entered on January 29, 2008 (Docket 306). In addition, Defendants give notice that they appeal from all other orders, rulings, and decrees, which are in any way adverse to Defendants, leading up to, in connection with, and in any way related to the September 28, 2007 Judgment; the January 18, 2008 Order; and the January 29, 2008 Order and Amended Judgment.
