ORDERED: Term of supervised release is revoked and terminated. Defendant is committed to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of three months. U.S. BOP is to make sure that the defendant has access to his required medication. Defendant is entitled to 59 days credit for time served.
