agreed to an extension ofthe deadline to tile a proposed protective order in the above—captioned
cases from June 6, 2005 to June 17. All parties are working diligently to negotiate an
appropriate protective order and are in need of additional time to complete such work. In the
meantime, the parties will move forward with discovery.
