This matter is before the Court on Defendant Smith's Motion for Extension of Time to File Joint Preliminary Pretrial Order. The Court, having duly considered the Defendant's request, hereby GRANTS said motion and ORDERS that the parties shall have thirty (30) days, up to and including February 8, 2006, to file the Joint Preliminary Pretrial Order in the event this case does not settle at the January 11, 2006 Settlement Conference.
