Defendants1, through undersigned counsel, move the Court to stay the deadline for Defendants' to Reply in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment pending the Court's ruling on Defendants' Motion to Strike (Dkt. 47). This motion is supported by good cause and is not made to cause undue delay. Defendants Reply in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment is due on May 2, 2006. However, on April 14, 2006, Defendant's filed a Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment/Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 43) and Supporting Statement of Facts (Dkt. 44). Defendants request that

the Court stay the Reply deadline until a ruling is made as to Defendants' Motion to Strike (Dkt. 47). In the interest of judicial economy, the Defendants move for an expedited ruling on the Motion to Strike pending before this Court. Defendants seek to limit the amount of needless expenditures and avoid increased costs. Therefore, Defendants respectfully
