I 3 IT IS ORDERED granting Defendants’ Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of
14 Dispositive Motion Deadlines.
15 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED amending the deadlines set forth in the Scheduling
16 Order (dkt. 24) and in the Court’s Order (dkt. 30) as follows:
17 A. All dispositive motions shall be filed no later than MONDAY, AUGUST 28,
2006.

B. A joint proposed pretrial order shall be lodged by WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER
19 27, 2006, I dispositive motions are filed, the pretrial order shall be due 30 days
following resolution ofthe motions. The parties should contact the Court for
20 instructions concerning the proper form of the pretrial order.
