Under consideration is the parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed March 16, 2007 (#239). The parties seek an extension of the remaining deadlines, citing the caseload of counsel as cause for the delay. The Court find good cause. However, the Court cautions the parties that further such extensions in this already aged case are unlikely, absent exceptional circumstances. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed March 16, 2007 (#239) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following amendments to the Schedule herein shall apply: 1. 2. Depositions - Plaintiff shall have until May 18, 2007 to conduct depositions. Motions to Amend - Plaintiff shall have until May 18, 2007 to file any motions

to amend the complaint. 3. Motions to Reconsider - Plaintiff shall have until May 18, 2007 to file any

motions for reconsideration of Judge Rosenblatt's Order (#218), granting partial summary judgment. 4. Pretrial Motions - All other pretrial motions, other than motions in limine,

shall be filed by July 25, 2007. 7. Joint Pretrial Statement and Proposed Order - The parties shall lodge a joint

pretrial statement and proposed order, on or before

May 25, 2007.

In all other respects, the Scheduling Order entered May 18, 2005 (#127) by Magistrate Judge Morton Sitver, as previously amended, shall remain in effect.
