The defendant by and through his attorney, respectfully moves to continue the

sentencing date scheduled for April 10, 2006, at 2:30. Undersigned counsel will be out of

the state from April 6, 2006 until April 20, 2006. Counsel for the government has no

objections to the continuance. The defendant is seeking a two week continuance.

It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18, U.S.C. Section 3161(h)(1)(F)

may occur as a result of this motion or from an order based thereon.
