report on Bertha Castaneda-Ocampo who was committed to the Bureau of Prisons on August 29, 2005,
by the Honorable Frederick J. Martone presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A three year period of
supervised release was imposed, and supenrision commenced upon the offender’s discharge from
imprisonment on May 4, 2006. In addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the court, the
offender was ordered to comply with the following special conditions:
1. lf deported, you shall not re-enter the United States without legal authorization.
2. You shall cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation ofhcer.
3. The defendant’s interest in the following property shall be forfeited to the United States: $3,760.00
in U.S. currency and $6,240.00 from the proceeds of the real property as listed in the Plea Agreement.
Bertha Castaneda-Ocampo was convicted of Harboring of Illegal Aliens, 8 U.S.C. §1324(a)(1)(A)(iii), a
Class C felony.
RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE
AS FOLLOWS:
Allegation A. Violation of Special Condition No. 1: lf deported, you shall not re-enter the United
States without legal authorization.
On or about May 28, 2008, Castaneda-Ocampo entered the United States without legal authorization.
This is evidenced by her May 28, 2008, traftic stop by a Glendale Police oflicer. This police contact is
subsequent to her May 26, 2006, deportation. Grade C Violation, §7B1.1(a)(3).
