This request is made for proper presentation of mitigation evidence. This counsel has spoken with the Assistant U. S. Attorney Gary Restaino and there is no objection to this request. This motion is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay. WHEREFORE, it is requested that the Court continue the sentencing in the above matter and extend the time for filing motions.
