CR 04-738-1 PHX-SRB ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having admitted violation of standard conditions #3, #7 and #19 and special conditions #1 and #5, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, Douglas Lyle Scott, Jr., shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWO (2) YEARS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Defendant shall pay a $100.00 special assessment, with credit for monies paid to date. Payment of criminal monetary penalties are due during imprisonment at a rate of not less than $25.00 per quarter, and payments shall be made through the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Financial Responsibility Program.
