IT IS ORDERED vacating the final pretrial conference and the trial date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff show cause in writing within 10 days of the date of this order why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that should Plaintiff fail to respond to this order, this case will be dismissed within 10 days of the date of this order.
