24 23, 2005, this matter will be dismissed December 27, 2005. The parties have settled this
25 matter; however, it has taken the parties some time to sign off on the agreement. Due to
26 the holiday season, it will take additional time to obtain Piaintitts signature. Therefore, the
27 parties respectiuiiy request an additionai 30 days from December 27, 2005, to extend the
28 dismissal date.
