In accordance with the Court's Order Re: Petition No. 9, the Receiver hereby gives notice of the intended sale of the gold and silver coins described in Exhibit "A" hereto, which coins were obtained from the Defendant Ronald Holt. The Receiver has been advised that these coins possess very little or no numismatic value to collectors above the market value of the metal. In order to minimize the selling costs and yet realize any numismatic value in the coins, the Receiver intends, in accordance with the

procedures set forth in Petition No. 9, to sell these coins on the electronic auction Ebay as indicated in Exhibit "A". The fees charged by Ebay are indicated in Exhibit "A". The coins will be offered for sale for a period of not less than 7 days. If any coins fail to sell on Ebay for at least the reserve price, they will be sold to a local coin dealer for the then current spot price of the metal. If you have objections to this sale your objections must be set forth in a written petition filed with the Receivership Court and served on the Receiver not later than five days from the date set forth below.
