Dear Judge Campbell:
I am writing to advise you that my client, Kimberly Davis, will be unable to appear in Court for her
disposition hearing, scheduled for August 16, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. Ms. Davis was admitted to Tempe
St. Luke’s Hospital on August 13, 2005 with an abscess in her throat. (Please see attached
continuation.) As I write this, on August 15 at 6:40 p.m., Ms. Davis is undergoing surgeiy
I will be in Court tomorrow at the time scheduled for Ms. Davis’ disposition hearing to advise the
Court of her situation.
