COMES NOW, Fernando Gonzalez—Barrera, Pro and files this motion with
the clerk of the court in order to obtain a copy of his docket sheet
and instructions as to how to proceed for ordering copies of part
of his file.
Defendant was sentenced on February 8, 2005 and has not been able
to obtain a copy of his docket sheet to continue his filing of
post-convictions remedies.
Furthermore, defendant thanks the clerk for the prompt attention
to this mater.
