PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiffs Accenture Globat Services GmbH and Accenture LLP
(collectively "Aocenture"), by their counsel, will take the deposition of Darrell Smith by oral .
examination. The deposition will begin at 9:00 am. on July 25, 2008, at the offices of Morrison
& Foerster, LLP, 755 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, California 94304, or such other location as the
parties may mutually agree, and will continue from day to day until completed. The deposition
will be taken before a certified shorthand reporter duly authorized to administer oaths and will be
recorded through both stenographio means, including the use of real time transcription, and
videotape. You are invited to attend and cross~examine the witness.
