1. The affiant is the Judgment Creditor, his personal

23 execute this Judgment Renewal Affidavit on his behalf.
2. On July 1, 2002, Judgment in this action was granted against
24 GLEN ROGER THOMPSON, CHARLES SMITH, LAURIEL INVESTMENTS, INC.,
25 and STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL.

1 3. The total amounts owed by Defendants on the date Judgment
was granted was $17,645,460.77 plus interest of ten percent (10%) per annum from
