1 the Court stay the Reply deadline until a ruling is made as to Defendants’ Motion to Strike
2 (Dkr. 47).
3 In the interest of judicial economy, the Defendants move for an expedited ruling on
4 the Motion to Strike pending before this Court. Defendants seek to limit the amount of
5 needless expenditures and avoid increased costs. Therefore, Defendants respectfully
6 request the Court stay the Reply deadline pending this Court’s ruling on the Motion to
7 Strike (Dkt. 47).
