E" 19 COMES NOW Robert A. Cuevas ("Plaintiff’), by and through his undersigned
20 counsel, respectiirlly requests, under Rule 15(a) FRCP, for leave to file the Amended
21 Complaint attached hereto for the following reasons:
22 Through various motions and orders of this Court, numerous parties have been
23 dismissed from this action. In addition, through Plaintiff’ s own discovery, other parties
24 ought to be dismissed (Eddie Bejarano and the City Attorney ofthe City of San Luis). Thus,
25 by amending the complaint, Plaintiff seeks to correct mistakes and clarify his claims, as well
26 as clarify what party Defendants remain in this action.
