The Court previously granted the parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend, filed March 16, 2007 (#239). (See Order 4/17/07, #240.) In doing so, the Court's order erroneously adopted a joint pretrial order deadline of May 25, 2007, rather than July 25, 2007, as agreed by the parties. Moreover, in light of the other deadlines adopted (e.g. the July 25, 2007 deadline form pretrial motions), the July 25, 2007 date is the more appropriate date. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the following amendments to the Schedule herein shall apply: 1. Joint Pretrial Statement and Proposed Order - The parties shall lodge a joint pretrial statement and proposed order, on or before July 25, 2007.

In all other respects, the Scheduling Order entered May 18, 2005 (#127) by Magistrate Judge Morton Sitver, as previously amended, shall remain in effect.
