This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation of the sentencing issues, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing [49] is granted. IT IS ORDERED continuing sentencing from November 21, 2005 to January 3, 2006 at 10:45 a.m. v.
