If no objections are filed within five (5) days of the service of the petition, the Receiver shall file with the Court a Notice of No Objections in which case the Court shall enter an order regarding the petition, or on its own motion set the matter for hearing. . . . Pursuant to this Court's Order Re: Petition No. 2, the time to file objections has expired without any objections having been filed.
