On April 12, 2006, this Court signed its Final Judgment in favor of Brown & Bain,

19 P.A. and against Defendants ("the Judgment"). The Judgment was entered by the Clerk 20 on April 17, 2006. Brown & Bain is the prevailing party under the Judgment and, 21 pursuant to the applicable law, is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees. 22 Accordingly, Brown & Bain moves pursuant to LRCiv 54.2 for an award of its 23 reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection with this matter. 24 25 Applicable judgment: The Judgment. Statutory or contractual authority: Brown & Bain is entitled to an award of its

26 reasonable attorneys' fees pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-341.01(A) because the claims at issue 27 in this lawsuit arose out of contract (i.e., the Engagement Letter). 28
