Superseding Petition to Revoke Supervised Release
COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER Adelina Bustamante presenting an official report on
Angela Dawn Wynn who was committed to the Bureau of Prisons on February 24, 2003, by the
Honorable Mary H. Murguia presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A three year period of supervised
release was imposed, and supervision commenced upon the offender’s discharge from imprisonment
on July 9, 2004. ln addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the court, the offender was
ordered to comply with the following special conditions:
1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse
treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of
treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.
2. You shall submit your person, property, vehicles, business, and residence to be conducted in a
reasonable manner and at a reasonable time by, or at the direction of, the probation officer.
3. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.
4. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering
into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer.
5. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may
include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount
to be determined by the probation officer.
6. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.
Angela Dawn Wynn was convicted of Transporting Illegal Aliens, a violation of 8 USC §1324 (a) (1)(A)(ii)
and (a)(1)(B)(ii), a Class D felony offense.
On June 28, 2004, the Court approved the Waiver and Order signed by Wynn, agreeing to enter
Behavioral Systems Southwest, a halfway house, upon her release from custody.

RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE
AS FOLLOWS:
A. Violation of Standard Condition #7: "You shall notify the probation officer at least ten days
prior to any change of residence or employment."
Wynn absconded from Women in New Recovery, a residential program on October 8, 2004. Likewise
she is no longer working for Privacy Team. Wynn has not contacted this officer and her whereabouts
are unknown. Grade C violation.
B. Violation of Standard Condition #1: "You shall not commitanother federal, state, or local crime
during the term of supervision."
On January 19, 2006, Wynn was convicted in Maricopa County Superior Court of Possession of Narcotic
Drugs, a Class 4 Felony, in violation ofA.R.S. § 13-3401, 3408, 3418, 701, 702, 702.01, 801, 901 .01(D),
and 901 .01 (H). Wynn was sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections for a term of 2.5 years.
Grade B violation.

AFFIDAVIT AND SUPERSEDING PETITION
In conformance with the provision of 28 U.S.C. § 1746, I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the
foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Based on the information presented that the
offender has violated conditions of supenrision, I am providing the Court with a superseding petition and
requesting if the Court authorizes the petition to conduct the initial appearance at the admit/deny hearing
which is currently set for January 7, 2008.
