INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT PARENTING PLAN (Absent Parent) USE OF THIS PARENTING PLAN IS INTENDED ONLY FOR THOSE CASES IN WHICH ONE OF THE PARTIES PLANS TO SEEK FULL CUSTODY OF THE MINOR CHILDREN OF THE PARTIES AND THE NONCUSTODIAL PARENT HAS NOT FILED AN ANSWER IN THESE PROCEEDINGS, OR HAS FAILED TO COOPERATE IN CREATING A PARENTING PLAN.

If you want things in your Parenting Plan besides those included in this sample Parenting Plan, you can add them to your Parenting Plan. Likewise, if you do not want some things in your Parenting Plan that are in this sample Plan, you can take them out of your Parenting Plan. Remember, this is your Parenting Plan and it should meet your individual needs.
