PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(I) ofthe Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure, Defendant Saint—Gobain Ceramics & Plastics, Inc., will continue taking the
deposition by oral examination of Markus B. Lasser, Siemens Medical Solutions, USA’s vice
president of global marketing sales for the molecular imaging group. The deposition will
commence on March I0, 2008, at 9 AM, and will continue from day to day until complete, at the
offices of Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, 875 Third Avenue, New York, New
York l0022, or at such other mutually agreeable time and location. The deposition will be taken
before an officer authorized by the laws of the United States to administer oaths and will be
recorded by stenograpliic and videograpliic means. The deposition will be conducted in
