Defendant’s Sentencing Memorandum is due on Tuesday, February 26, 2008. In
addition, I previously advised the court that I would be filing a supplement to
Defendant’s Motion For A Judgment of Acquittal Under Fed.R.Crim.P. 29 and For A
New Trial Under F ed.R.Crim.P. 33 and a Memorandum of Law in support of that motion.
I respectfully request an extension to file these two pleadings on Thursday,
