STMicroelectronies’s time in which to move, plead, or otherwise respond to the original
Complaint in this action was extended to December 4, 2006,
WHEREAS, STMicroeIectronics tiled its ctureiit Motion to Disniiss (DI. 10) in
this action on December 4, 2006;
WHEREAS, Valeo tiled its First Amended Compiaint (Di. I2) against CIF and
STB/IicroeEecti·onics in this action on December I3, 2006; and

WHEREAS, Valeo’s Fi1'SiA111€1]d€d Complaint supersedes the current Motion to
Dismiss.
1T IS HEREBY STIPULATED by Valeo and S'1`Mici·oe1ecti·oziies, Inc., subject to
the approval ofthe Court, that:
1. STMicroelect1‘onics’ current Motion to Disiniss (D1. 10) is withdrawn as
moot;
2. STMicroelectronics shall move, plead, or otherwise respond to the First
