ORDER TO DISBURSE MONIES In accordance with the judgment entered February 24, 1998 (Document #301), the funds deposited with the court pursuant to the Order of January 1, 1998 (Document #256) , shall be disbursed as indicated below: 1. Registry Fee Assessment: 10% of the income earned on the investment of the funds

shall be paid to the clerk of court for the registry fees (55 Federal Register 206).

Payment to Ohio National Bank and Life Insurance Company: $10,985.00 shall

be paid to the Ohio National Bank and Life Insurance Company and its counsel, Nifty B. Swell, Esquire. 3. Payment to Beverly A. Richey: 50% of the remainder of the funds, together with

45% of the income earned on the investment of the funds shall be paid to Beverly A. Richey and her counsel, John D. Winner. Dated this 4th Day of March, 1998.
