Oolenoy Valley Consulting LLC, as trustee of the Safety—Klee11 Creditor Trust,
hereby withdraws, without prejudice, its Motion To Estimate Certain Personal Injury Claims
And To Set Schedule For Completion Of Discovery (the "Motion To Estimate") with respect to
Claim No. 7349 tiled by Wanda Hawks.
This withdrawal shall have no impact on any other claims that were or are the
subject of the Motion To Estimate, nor shall it impact any orders that have been or may be
entered with respect to such claims.
