INSTRUCTIONS TO CLERK 1. After receiving the return of service information for a protection, no contact or workplace violence restraining order, the Clerk shall transmit all return of service information to each Sheriff and law enforcement agency required to get a copy of the confidential form and order. 2. If a person and/or employer are both protected by a protection, no contact or workplace violence restraining order, and domiciled in different municipalities, the clerk shall send a copy of the order to the law enforcement agency of the municipality in which the person resides and the employer is located.
