within 30 days from the date ofthe Order (D.I. 3);
WHEREAS, on May 26, 2006, the plaintifffiled a motion for extension oftime within which to
obtain counsel (D.I. 4);
WHEREAS, on May 30, 2006, the court granted the motion and gave the plaintiff until June 20,
2006, to obtain counsel (D.I. 5);
WHEREAS, on June 29, 2006, a second motion for extension of time within which to obtain
counsel was filed by the plaintiff (D.I. 8);
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
The plaintiff is given an additional 15 days, or until July 17, 2006, to obtain counsel. No
further extensions will be granted.
