NOW, THEREFORE, upon all of the prior papers and proceedings heretofore had herein,

ORDERED, that the Plaintiff / Defendant guilty of contempt of court; and it is further

be and hereby is declared

ORDERED, that you are hereby commanded forthwith to apprehend and arrest the Defendant

, keep him / her committed in custody in the common or county jail

of the court in which he shall be found and within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the arrest, exclusive of weekends and holidays, bring Part , at him / her before the undersigned for a hearing, at the Matrimonial , in the City of New York,

Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or if this Court be not in session, at the next reopening thereof, and return this Order with his / her proceedings thereunder as prescribed by law; and it is further ORDERED, that you are hereby further commanded to notify the Plaintiff's / Defendant's

attorney of the time and place of said hearing no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to said hearing.
