Attached hereto, as required, is a copy of the magistrate court case history, the equivalent of a docket transcript, showing the judgment rendered. My information and belief is that the offense of conviction does not carry a penalty of mandatory, actual time to be served in jail. A copy of this petition is being served this day on the prosecuting attorney and is being filed this day with the sentencing magistrate.
