PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on or before February 4, 2008, pursuant to Rule 45 ofthe
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants Intel Corporation and Intel Kabushiki Keisha, by
their counsel, have issued a subpoena duces tecum with an accompanying schedule of documents
