Bagley Cornwall dt McCarthy 40l{k) Profit Sharing Plan (the "tVanCott Plan") pursuant to Il
U.S.C. § 105{a] and Rule 9t}0t5(b) ofthe Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, for leave to tile
n late proof of claim (the "Motion"); and the Court having reviewed the Motion and all other
pleadings related thereto, and otherwise being fully advised in the premises of the Motion; and
the Court having found that (1) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
§§ l5'7 and 1334, [ii) this is a core matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § l57(b), (iii) Notice of the
