Gamishee CMS Nomeco Congo Inc. ("CMS Nomeco") hereby notifies you that pursuant
to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6), the oral deposition of the James W. Perkins will be
taken on January 19, 2007, at the offices of Vinson & Elkins, LLP, 666 Fifth Avenue, 26th
Floor, New York, NY 10103-0040, commencing at 9:00 a.m. The deposition will be taken
before a certified court reporter and may also be videotaped. The deposition will be conducted
over a period of seven hours (exclusive of time off of the record) unless extended by the Court
for cause shown. You are invited to attend and participate as you may desire in accordance with
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
